2005 年薄酒萊新酒

11月17日，也就是再沒幾天，今年的薄酒萊又要上市了，每年11月的第三個星期四都是薄酒萊的愉快日子， It’s Beaujolais Nouveau time!

今年的薄酒萊產區葡萄採收大約在9月21日結束，據專家表示，今年的葡萄品質"異常出色"，"可能是近二十年來最佳的"。

約35000名採收工人進行了今年產區葡萄的採收工作，幾乎都集中在9月10日開始。由於今年葡萄產量稀少，採收工作約在十天內就結束了。

今年產區的葡萄熟成度良好、糖分高，酸度與甜度也都適中，報告內容如下：「Very strong colours, going from deep garnet to purple-blue, aromas that tend more to the exquisite than to the explosive, with complex mingling of black fruit (blackberry, bilberry, black currant), red fruit (cherry, raspberry) and hints of spice. In the mouth, it is structured, generous and very balanced, with discernible yet silky tannins. The end is long. With qualities like this ‘2005 Beaujolais Nouveau’ will remain really enjoyable many months after its release.」

較為特別的是，除了行之有年的薄酒萊口號今年改成了"It’s Beaujolais Nouveau time!" 之外，也成立了一個薄酒萊專屬的新網站：www.beaujolaisnouveautime.com 其中還有薄酒萊的部落格等等符合年輕潮流的內容，嘗試著將薄酒萊的活動形象塑造得更為年輕。不過目前網站還全是"法文"的。

值得一提的是，2005年也是法國薄酒萊自1988年之後重回中國的一年，預計上市當天在上海與北京都會有一些特別的慶祝活動。
